Shipping Info, Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shop Jenco. It is our hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to have your online order delivered within 2-8 business days depending on the shipping method you select (remote locations may take longer). We ship from Brampton, ON!

We only ship out of province orders on Monday - Friday.

Terms & Conditions

Our products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered fully and correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly as we do not take responsibility for correcting this information.

If a package is returned to us and deemed non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you refuse any shipments from ShopJenco, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from your store credit. We do not offer refunds for refused or non-deliverable packages.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service or FedEx – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. 

ShopJenco does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Your order is estimated to be delivered within 1-8 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date that it is placed, depending on which shipping method you have chosen. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Estimated processing and shipping times are displayed below:

Though we do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped out and delivered successfully within the time frame we advertise, ShopJenco has no control over the packages once they leave our Distribution Center. ShopJenco does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses.

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes ShopJenco to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees ShopJenco may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods


*If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and refund the amount of the item(s) not in stock to your original form of payment.
